How To Extend The Growing Season & Protect Your Seedlings – For FREE!

If you, like me, live in an area where your growing season (the time in which you can grow most) is limited by the weather (because it gets too cold, too hot, too wet, too dry), it can be pretty tricky trying to grow your own food.  (Or some of it, at least. ;))

Unless, of course, you have some way of modifying your growing conditions.

There are all sorts of things you can buy or make to help you.  Glasshouses, greenhouses, tunnels…

But what if you want something quick and simple…not to mention cheap (or free!)…and preferably environmentally friendly (eg recycled)?

I have a simple way to use recycle found materials to grow seedlings when it would normally be too cold.  It also protects seedlings from pests.

Watch the video below.

It’s my first video, made on the go with me holding an iPad…so it’s pretty rough…but I think it gets the message across.

I’d love to hear what you think!  Leave your comments in the Reply box below…or send me a voice message by clicking on the tab on the right.

Till next time…be gentle to yourself and our world!
